Trail Maintenance Workshops on the Fraser to Granby Trail

Trail work nights on the Fraser to Granby Trail - If you have some free times in the evenings and would like to give back to the trails. This is a wonderful opportunity to do so. Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday nights from 5-7 pm. there are volunteers needed for clearing slash and cutting standing dead trees, along with some various other trail maintenance. Anyone who helps is allowed to take home as much wood as they need. Sometimes when conditions are right, we burn in burn rings that are pre-approved by the county.
Please meet at trail side of intersection of Cty Rd 86 and Hwy 40 on the east side of Red Dirt Hill if you are interested in helping out. These volunteer evenings are hosted by Diana Lynn Rau.
