BUFFALO CREEK BRIDGE REBUILD - POSTPONED

*This project has been temporarily postponed due to concerns over flash flooding*

Buffalo Creek - Bill Miller Trailhead, Forest Road 108.1, Granby, CO 80446

HTA is partnering with the US Forest Service to rebuild a bridge at the Buffalo Creek Trailhead that burned down in the East Troublesome Fire. The bridge will be in the same location and model the exact design of the former bridge. The project will involve constructing a 46-foot-long bridge over a creek and wetland area. The bridge will be three spans with two diamond-shaped, rock-filled piers in the middle. Volunteers are needed to assist in hauling bridge materials, setting materials in place, and ultimately constructing the bridge.
